All confirmed orders will receive the shipping cost they were quoted at the time the order was placed regardless of the ship date.

On average, credit card orders are shipped the same day, or the morning following the receipt of your order. All orders received after 3:00 PM CST Friday and orders placed on the weekend will be shipped Monday morning. Orders will be shipped when all items have been gathered. Items will not be shipped individually.

International orders will be processed on the same schedule.

Please remember, once an order leaves our warehouse it is out of our control and the carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your orders arrival. We cannot combine multiple orders or add to orders already placed. Please note that we cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped, but you can return your order after you receive it. See Return Policy.

When Will My Order Arrive

If you placed the order with Cartuchosdetinta.net, we estimate shipment and delivery dates based on the availability of the items you ordered and the shipping options you selected. 2 - 3 day shipping does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in 2 - 3 days. Shipping days are business days so an order placed on Saturday morning would not be processed until the following Monday.

What One-Day and Two-Day Shipping Mean
If you select One-Day Shipping or Two-Day Shipping for an order you place with Cartuchosdetinta.net, you will not always receive your order in one or two days.
Please also keep in mind that there is no weekend pickup or delivery for One-Day or Two-Day Shipping. If you order an item and select One-Day Shipping, the item will usually ship within 24 hours and arrive on the following business day--two business days total. So it is possible that an order ready to ship at the end of the day Friday via One-Day shipping might not be processed until Monday. In such a case, the order would be delivered on Tuesday.
Shipping date estimates also do not include factors such as a delay in customs, which is beyond our control. If your order is past the estimated delivery date and you have not received it, it may be lost. If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe. If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable. If you cannot locate the package and it is not being returned as undeliverable, please contact us at info@cartuchosdetinta.net. Please confirm the correct shipping address when writing to us.
